By purchasing any goods, services, downloads, case work, voodoo reading, digital downloads and consultations will automatically agreed with out terms and conditions which is there is no refunds, exchange on any products, goods and all the above items expect for our terms and conditions for psychical goods for mailing. Psychical goods do not included special none tangible services, digital downloads, case work, voodoo reading, email, voice or in person consultations

Exceptions for mailing goods:
You must provided us with a correct mailing address at the time of order placement.

If you purchases any of the above psychical items all goods will be ship to your address which is listed on your credit card or pay pal account. If you do not have a mailing address you will be notified by email for the correct mailing address.

Once you have provide us with a legal mailing address within 30 days your goods will be promptly ship to you.

Failure to respond or provided us with a legal mailing address in 90 days , will result in no refunds only a store credit good for one year from date of original order.

If good arrived damaged then you must file a claim with your local post office
